Let’s start with the 1st issue: 2013 Chevy Volt high voltage contactor was stuck open and would not allow vehicle to charge through the charge port but would charge through Mountain Mode. After the high voltage contactor was replaced and the car was able to charge through the charge port. The car had a “high voltage service required” was locked in the car computer, which required the vehicle to be reprogrammed with the battery management system and batteries. Purchased a 2017 Acadia - I have scheduled service and also have just "shown up" to have service completed. "My bad" right before vacation road trip. Service Department has gone above and beyond with customer service and managed a way to keep me on my schedule. I appreciate the extra effort - my schedule is never set and i know I'm a challenge.
