The whole process from beginning to end was great thanks to Brandi,Chris,and Steve. Followed through on every thing they said they would do.
First time buying a car in several years. I live out of town and found the car online, it just wasn't on the lot yet. Called/texted multiple times with Chris before it finally arrived. Overall the experience was good. A few minor issues regarding financing, but happy with the car and the service.
I stopped to see a truck that was advertised. Turns out it sold the day before I got there. But they had several others and there was another that liked as well. The salesman was not pushy and didn't try to steer me in one direction. I ended up buying one of the other trucks on the lot and financed there as well. I wasn't planning to trade my car in, but they made it worth it. Easy process. Thanks Chris.
Everyone made the whole buying process fast and easy. From Dan P that sold it, Carla, and the finance manager. All were amazing and so nice and helpful.
They allowed me to look at inventory without being overly attentive, then when I came back for 2nd look, my salesman Christopher was very pleasant & accommodating.
I want to thank Todd Fuller for staying with the problem and finding a solution which should now be permanent. I am concerned that since this was a design flaw by GM Engineering and the lack of willingness by GM to resolve the issue which not only was experienced by me but thousands of others. The problem has been persistant over the past 4 years and finally on the 4th time it appears resolvedl thanks to Todd. I am thankfull that the dealership understood that this was an ongoing problem and even though my warranty had expired they did not charge ...
First wanna give a shout out to Bri n Brandy the behind the scenes people to get you on the lot. Chris the salesman was great, friendly, and very knowledgeable about his job. Steve the finance guy hit it outta the park. Really friendly likes to talk very informative just made the whole thing less aggravating. There's a reason why people keep going back to the same dealership, most use the same salesperson, but we've had many different salespeople over the years and all have been great Leonard(RIP), Ron, Carla, and know Chris have all been good ...
Quick service on an oil change appointment
The sales process was very easy for me. I came in that night interested in purchasing a car. I got behind the wheel that night and left with a car. Everything about a the sale was simple and welcoming.
Purchased the car in the evening and turned out the light in the showroom before we left the parking lot. Had a taillight out with no option but to drive home in a new truck with out a taillight.
Great experience! Worth the drive! Great prices! Very friendly and easy to work with! Havn't used service yet, so no comment on that. But I will refer family and friends! Thanks! 🙂
I requested financing from the Earthmover credit union. It was apparently carefully avoided. I tried to refinance through them for a better interest rate. Here is what they said. "NO!", with no counter-offer. The car was overpriced. You guys knew they would say that. Hence, you never applied with them. You sold me a used car calling it a new one because I would be the first owner. The tone of Earthmover was that I was trying to pull a fast one. Yes, I'm old and gullible. Congrats on the sale.
